First off, you should always work in safe mode if you're using an overlay layout! Also, during the preview your pro might look crazy but once you submit it and view your pro it usually looks ok.
how do i get these codes to work?
Go to "home", then to "edit profile" or "safe mode", select "edit", come here highlight the code you want, copy it, then go back to the myspace edit profile page and paste it. Click preview then submit. Da-ta! er...Ta-Da!
Where on the page do i put these codes?
You can put most of the codes anywhere. Your music section, about me, who i'd like to meet, whatever! If you have to post a code is a certain section it'll say above the code.
I dont like the layouts on here. Can you make me a special one?
hahahahahahano. Dont ask me to make you a layout, i wont. Ever. If you have an idea for a layout or one to better an already made layout on my website then contact me. I'd like to hear your ideas. This doesnt mean that i will do it though.

These codes dont work!
Yea they do, you just must be stupid :p . If its an image code a video code it could be because you dont have the medias url correct. You cant load an image or video from your computer. you MUST find a host. If its images, most people use photobucket.com, but they suck and i use imghosted.com. The image url should be a direct link like http://imagehost.com/imagename.gif not a link like http://imagehost.com/imagename.html or http://imagehost.com/imagename. For videos its the same thing basically. i hear Ripway.com is a good place to host vids, but i've never actually used it. If its a comment box PLEASE make sure that you have your correct friend ID. I fucking HATE going to a persons pro, writting them a long comment (or even a short one,its still wasting my time) and then its all like your not this persons friend because they put in the wrong friend ID. Pft. they dont deserve comments :p....back to the codes not working...make sure everythings correct basically.

its important to know what your friend ID is in order to make your page look all snazy and personalized. go to your home page and click on view my profile. the url in the address bar should look like this:
that highlighted number is your friend id. Copy and paste it to whatever code you had that needed it. that image is from chasebadkids.net.
