Linking an image
example:

Where it says link url here copy/paste or type the url you want the image to link to when clicked. where it says image url here you put the url of the actual image. you must upload the image to a host like tinypic.com or photobucket.com. make sure you're linking the ACTUAL IMAGE (example: http://i14.tinypic.com/47sl7d4.png, it will have the file type [.png, .gif, .jpeg, .bmp, ect] at the end if you're linking the image.) and not just the url the image is on (example: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=534pqx5 there is no image type at the end of the url, which means its linking to a page, not an image. also, if it has .htm, .html, or .php its not an image, its a page). tinypic and photobucket give you the url once you upload the pic, which is why they are great for beginners. If you want to know how to find image urls yourself keep reading. if you're using fire fox, simply put your mouse over the image, right click on it, and then click copy image location on the little box that comes up. then just paste it into the code below. If you're using explorer you must right click the on the image and then go to properties on the box that comes up. another box will come up with the image properties. highlight the url that is labeled "Adresss: (URL)", copy it, and paste it into the code below.
